Schools can bring a group of ten students in Years 8 and 9

The TeenTech Festival is a sharply focussed event that changes perceptions and helps students understand their own potential. It’s a day that changes minds – especially those who may never have previously considered a career in science or technology.

If you are participating in this event, you can also register for the up-front TeenTech Liverpool Festival Virtual Innovation Live Event on Tuesday 26th January 2027. You can check which events you have registered for by clicking here. We strongly recommend schools sign up for both the virtual session and the in-person event.

Schools can bring a group of ten students. If those students took part in the virtual session, they will bring their project to the TeenTech Festival on Tuesday, 2nd March 2027, where they will receive feedback from experts. All students will participate in a series of lively challenges and activities which bring the world of science and technology to life.

We will provide downloadable resources and participation packs to schools after registration.

This TeenTech Festival is open only to students in years 8 and 9 from state schools across Liverpool.

Festival Booking Terms and Conditions

There is no booking fee for this event, but because there are a limited number of places at this event, and we want to make sure that every school has the opportunity to register, please let us know ASAP if you are no longer able to attend, and please note our cancellation terms, which are:

  • Cancelling on or after Wednesday 10th February 2027/Non-attendance on the day of the event: £500 fee
