Working with us

We need a diverse talent pipeline and to achieve this we need in inspire the next generation – tomorrow’s pioneers – to pursue careers in Science, Technology, Engineering & Maths (STEM). To help us do this we’ve set ourselves a target to reach 6 million people through STEM programmes and activities by 2020. It’s a big ambition, so we have to be creative and innovative in how we reach out, and more diverse and inclusive in who we reach out to – that’s why we are sponsoring the Wearable Technology Award at this year’s TeenTech Awards.

We’re committed to developing the next generation – we’ve been training apprentices for over 100 years – and offer a range of internship and graduate programmes. This includes our newly launched Digital & Technology Solutions graduate and degree apprentice scheme which recognises the growth in digital and our focus on harnessing cutting-edge IT and data to support design, manufacture and service of innovative products across our business. These are amazing opportunities to work for a company known the world over for brilliance and innovation.
