If you are participating in this event, you can also register for the TeenTech Roehampton Innovation and Insight Day Virtual Event on Wednesday 22nd October 2025. You can check which events you have registered for by clicking here. We strongly recommend schools sign up for both the virtual session and the in-person event.

Schools are invited to bring a mixed-ability group of students for a sharply focused free full-day event at The University of Roehampton, where they will immerse themselves in exciting activities and challenges from university departments and leading STEAM companies. They will also continue to develop their ideas from the virtual session to make life better, simpler, safer or more fun, which they can enter into the TeenTech Awards. This day will provide valuable opportunities to network with employers who will give feedback on their project ideas and provide pathways into their businesses.

Schools can bring a mixed-ability group of eight students to this event. It’s a day that changes minds – especially those who may never have previously considered a career in science or technology!

Teachers and students, please bring your own packed lunches.

Booking Terms and Conditions

There is no booking fee for this event, but because there are a limited number of places at this event, and we want to make sure that every school has the opportunity to register, please let us know ASAP if you are no longer able to attend and please note our cancellation terms, which are:

  • Cancelling on or after Saturday 25th October 2025/Non-attendance on the day of the event: £500 fee
