SUMMARY:TeenTech Roehampton Festival 2026
DESCRIPTION:Schools can bring a group of ten students in Years 6\, 7\, 8\, 10 and 12\nThe TeenTech Festival is a sharply focused event that changes perceptions and helps students understand their own potential. It’s a day that changes minds – especially those who may never have previously considered a career in science or technology. \nIf you are participating in this event\, you can also register for the up-front TeenTech Roehampton Festival Virtual Innovation Live Event on Tuesday\, 20th January. You can check which events you have registered for by clicking here. We strongly recommend schools sign up for both the virtual session and the in-person event.\nSchools can bring a group of ten students. If those students took part in the virtual session\, they will bring their project to the TeenTech Festival on Thursday\, 23rd April\, where they will receive feedback from experts. All students will participate in a series of lively challenges and activities which bring the world of science and technology to life. \nStudents in Years 10-12 will also experience workshops providing insight into the wide range of STEAM careers and the different university or apprenticeship programmes that could lead them there and receive a tour of the Roehampton campus where students will be able to ask questions about university life. \nWe will provide downloadable resources and participation packs to schools after registration. \nEarly registration is advised. \nFestival Booking Terms and Conditions\nThere is a booking fee of £50 per school. After your booking has been confirmed\, your school will be invoiced. \nBecause there is a limited number of places at this event\, and we want to make sure that every school has the opportunity to register\, please note our cancellation terms\, which are: \n\nCancelling before Wednesday 1st April 2026: fee refunded (as we can then offer this place to others)\nCancelling on or after Wednesday 1st April 2026/Non-attendance on the day of the event: No refund\, plus £500 cancellation fee\n\nFull Booking Terms and Conditions for TeenTech Festivals can be viewed here.

We strongly recommend schools sign up for both the virtual session and the in-person event.\nSchools are invited to bring a mixed-ability group of students for a sharply focused free full-day event at The University of Roehampton\, where they will immerse themselves in exciting activities and challenges from university departments and leading STEAM companies. They will also continue to develop their ideas from the virtual session to make life better\, simpler\, safer or more fun\, which they can enter into the TeenTech Awards. This day will provide valuable opportunities to network with employers who will give feedback on their project ideas and provide pathways into their businesses. \nSchools can bring a mixed-ability group of eight students to this event. It’s a day that changes minds – especially those who may never have previously considered a career in science or technology! \nTeachers and students\, please bring your own packed lunches. \nBooking Terms and Conditions\nThere is no booking fee for this event\, but because there are a limited number of places at this event\, and we want to make sure that every school has the opportunity to register\, please let us know ASAP if you are no longer able to attend and please note our cancellation terms\, which are: \n\nCancelling on or after Saturday 25th October 2025/Non-attendance on the day of the event: £500 fee\n\nFull Booking Terms and Conditions for TeenTech Festivals can be viewed here.
