Today’s session will continue our work on the production process. This week will focus on 3D animation using tools such as Blender. We will feature some tutorials to help get you started, and speak to an expert guest from the world of gaming, Maxime Meriaux (Ubisoft), about the workflow behind animation in video games.
Please Note: This session is part of a four-part programme. Please register for all the sessions, if you can.
If the timings don’t work for your school, or if you can’t join the sessions live, don’t worry! All sessions will be available for playback until the end of the course and you can even send us questions beforehand for our experts to answer.
Join us for a special programme of free animation activities, designed to support students (and their teachers) enrolled in their Cambridge National iMedia qualification, and give younger students a taste of the course content. We’ll be featuring industry experts from film, television and gaming, and spotlighting pre-production, production and post-production skills.
We encourage you to sign-up your students for all of the events in the series, as they are designed as a complete course – from post-production, through production, and finishing up with post-production, helping them create their own animations.
