TeenTech Roehampton Festival (Year 10 – Year 12)

Schools can bring a group of ten students in Years 10-12

TeenTech Roehampton Festival will bring together schools and colleges across the region for an exciting interactive programme that will help young people understand the range of opportunities across digital, science and technology and the many different entry points.

There are different sets of activities for KS2/3 students and for sixth form/college students.

The TeenTech festival is a sharply focussed event that changes perceptions and helps students understand their own potential. It’s a day that changes minds – especially those who may never have previously considered a career in science or technology!

TeenTech is delighted to celebrate the 75th birthday of the NHS by offering the TeenTech NHS Innovation Challenge, where young people will be encouraged to develop ideas for healthcare with support from industry experts from the NHS and leading tech companies.

This session for Year 10, 11 and 12 students will include:

• A series of hands-on activities which will enable them to meet a range of employers in digital, science, technology and engineering.
• Workshops providing insight into the wide range of STEAM careers and the different university or apprenticeship programmes that could lead them there.
• A tour of the Roehampton campus where students will be able to ask questions about university life.

Schools can bring a group of ten students in Years 10-12. You can indicate on the booking form if you would like to bring additional students if space allows.

We will provide downloadable resources and participation packs to schools after registration.

Festival Booking Terms and Conditions

There is a booking fee of £50 per school. After your booking has been confirmed, your school will be invoiced.

Because there is a limited number of places at this event, and we want to make sure that every school has the opportunity to register, please note our cancellation terms, which are:

• Cancellation more than 21 days before the event: fee refunded (as we can then offer this place to others)
• Cancelling within 20 days of the event/Non-attendance on the day of the event: £500 fee
